Relevant Employment Experience

Francis Creative Consulting  – 2003-Present

In 2003 I began freelancing as a Multimedia Designer and Marketing Consultant. For several years I worked nearly exclusively as a multimedia online marketing manager for Real Wealth Companies in San Diego, CA and for NationalREIAU.com (National Real Estate Investors Association Online Training Program) in Covington Kentucky. This work involved everything from building complex websites, to videos, to motion graphics and to print. I continue to consult on projects for them to this day. Right now I am working on other major development projects as the lead developer for lawSITES.pro in Los Angeles CA, which builds websites and enterprise systems for lawyers across the country. I was also hired as a marketing consultant for the Town Of Pinetop Lakeside and set up their website and social media marketing system. I was also retained by Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club to manage their online marketing.

Evanston Avenue Baptist Church – Worship Minister  –  2015-2019

In August 2015 I began work at EABC as the Worship Minister. Since I have been there my responsibilities have included functioning as a type of Communications Officer, being one of the first people the congregants see in the morning and representing the church in the public. The church also employed my skills as a marketing consultant to revamp their digital and print marketing.

Safford Church Of God – Interim Pastors, Worship    2013-2015

My wife and I were invited by the Bishop of the AZ Church Of God to be the interim ministers while they searched for a permanent pastor.

  • Pastoral leadership
  • Worship and coordinated services
  • Implemented a Children’s program
  • Development of a website and marketing strategy

Jeremy and Karen Francis Ministries, Tecate Mexico  –  2005-2012
Missions Work, Pastoral Ministry

In our ministry in Mexico we were focused on coordinating outreach ministries with a focus on orphanages and families in the community. We had to market ourselves as a ministry to churches in the US and coordinate outreach in the community.

RDR Asamblea De Dios – Helped build a website and develop a social marketing program as well as coordinating community outreach. Also helped develop print assets and some t-shirts that were very successful as a marketing approach.

Summer VBS Tour – Each summer for 7 years we coordinated a 6 town VBS tour that coordinated with local churches and visiting churches from the US.

Wa’ Ta-luz Kuateí & Rancho San Juan Bosco Orphanages – Coordinated several outreach projects and campaigns to raise awareness and funds for these orphanages. Included videos, websites and live presentations at fundraisers.

Partners In Action – As part of our affiliation with PIA we traveled every year to speak in various churches and universities to promote the ministries we represented, and recruit volunteers. Some highlights included giving a lecture at Azusa Pacific University on Medical Missions and Speaking at the chapel services of Grand Canyon University during missions week.

Partners In Action – Bear Canyon Ranch / Camp Grace  –  2003-2005
Behavioral Health Tech, Camp Manage

I worked with Partners In Action (PIA) as a behavioral health technician before I was recruited to manage PIA’s Camp Grace, and then later to be sent to manage their outreach in Mexico mentioned above. This required extensive public relations (the camp had a bad reputation), marketing to find campers, creation and deployment of marketing campaigns.

Flagstaff First Assembly (Flagstaff, AZ)- Staff Pastor, Outreach  –  2000-2003

In my tenure as a staff pastor I was responsible for community outreach and marketing which included developing a website, print material and giving interviews to the local NBC affiliate once or twice a month.

Centro Familiar Cristiano (Granada, Spain) – Missions, College & Youth Ministry  –  1999-2000

Our first official ministry position we learned about the dynamics of church ministry and missions and learned a great deal about outreach and communicating with our supporting churches.

KNAZ TV (Flagstaff, AZ)  –  1998-2003
Master Control, Technical Director, Director of Morning News & Commercial Production

I worked in Master control on the night shift while I was trained as a technical director (Cover all the technical aspects of a live news program). This is where I received all my technical training. I was later promoted to Director, which oversaw the entire production team for the news and commercial production. In that position I first began working with the public, communicating with advertisers, potential interviewees, agencies etc.

Note: I took a 1-year leave of absence to go to Spain.

KRFM Radio (Show Low, AZ) – Radio Ad Sales Assistant  – 1996-1998

Right out of High School I worked as a Radio Ad Sales assistant and I was being trained to be a copywriter and producer for the radio ads. I also would voice over the ads myself since it was a small station. This position was more technical in nature since I was not the designated salesman.
